• All bookings must be paid for by cash, credit or debit card.  No cheques will be accepted for this service.
• Payment must be made prior to collection and if paying by cash at the time of collection.
• All prices exclude VAT.
• Refunds will not be given for cancellations made after the time of collection.
• All bookings must be made at least 2 hours prior to collection, for this service.
• This service is for a small van and goods must be able to comfortably fit in the back of the van.
• The economy service provides efficient same day delivery; all deliveries will be completed on the day of collection or at an agreed time.
• If our driver attempts to collect and the goods are not ready or there is nobody at the collection address, a charge of £30.00 will be levied.
• It will be your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address waiting to sign for the goods you are sending.  If there is nobody available to receive the goods, the goods will be returned to the sender.

• Consignments are insured for a maximum value of £100.00
• All claims must be made with proof of value of goods.

• Collection and delivery points must be within a 5 mile radius of the specified cities or towns. 
• London courier collections and deliveries are subject to the congestion charge fee regardless if the delivery or collection address is in the congestion charging zone, this is because the driver may need to enter the zone to reach the delivery or collection address.
